Compression guidelines

Curve Essentials Shapewear products are classified as medium to high compression. There is a 2-3 week seasoning period that will need to take place before wearing your trainer for daily consistent use (excludes double strap sauna sweat belt)


Season your garment by wearing ONLY 2-3 hours per day 3 times per week. Gradually increase your hours and times per week until you can comfortably get to 8 hours per day 5-6 times per week for maximum results. You will notice that your trainer will start to stretch and mold to your body shape during the seasoning period. 


You can accelerate the seasoning period by washing/soaking the trainer daily in cold water and letting air dry. 


DO NOT attempt to wear your garments for extended periods of time if this is your first experience with our products or you have NOT waist trained in the last 90 days or more. Please go through the recommended seasoning process first for a better experience and maximum results. 


Our products are safe to use daily and last 2-3 years or more with proper care.

Refund/ Exchanges 

Due to the hygienic nature of these products and United States health regulations, we cannot accept returns, give refunds, or make exchanges on any washable, reusable or absorbent incontinence products after the original package has been opened. Shipping/ Handling

All packages are shipped priority mail by USPS and are insured. Please allow 5-7 business days for shipping of orders and 2-4 business days for delivery. Although most packages are guaranteed to go out next business day if ordered before 5pm on business days.
